| | Details | The American Red Cross, Central Iowa Chapter, is proud to announce the premier of Singles CPR to be held at the Embassy Suites on March 20, 2010, in celebration of National Red Cross Month. CPR Made Simple will be taught, which is also a new course! CPR Made Simple, is a non-certification course that introduces Adult CPR/AED but focuses on the hands-on skills. |

| | Certifications Issued | This is a non-certification course, which introduces Adult CPR/AED but focuses on the hands-on skills. All course participants will receive a $10 voucher to use toward a certification course. |
| | Refund Policy | A refund will be issued for cancellations made at least two business days prior to the start of the course, less a $10 administration fee. Failure to notify our office of a cancellation within this time period will result in forfeiture of your course fees. The American Red Cross, Central Iowa Chapter reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is cancelled, we make every effort to contact those registered. For this reason, please include a day time phone number and/or email address on your registration form. Scheduled participants will be notified of cancellation via telephone two business days prior to the date of the class and may then ask to be rescheduled or receive a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations via the internet at this time. Please call Customer Service at 515-246-6304 to cancel your enrollment or transfer to another course. |
